[ES] ¿Has visto cómo cambian las pepitas de color a medida va madurando la uva? A la izquierda, un grano de tempranillo maduro y cuatro pepitas con tonos amarronados, casi tostados. A la derecha, un grano de racima y una pepita todavía muy verde que aportaría sabores herbáceos si se rompieran.
